Sprinkler lines run underground. Since we do not know the location of the water supply lines and we must follow the agreement for fence location we cannot be held responsible for damages to the lines or heads. Customer acknowledges that Advantage Fencing is NOT RESPONSIBLE for any damage to sprinkler system or sprinkler heads.* I've read the above and agree. 4. Sprinkler Protection: We do offer the option of sprinkler protection for an additional charge of $160. This provides repair of all cut lines or damaged heads caused by our digging. It does NOT cover relocating lines, heads, or controls located underneath or outside the fence line. Would you like to purchase sprinkler protection for $160?* Yes No 5. Since we concrete our posts, we will have dirt left over. For an additional charge we will haul the dirt away or we will leave it wherever you like on your property at no charge. A legal survey is highly recommended and important in determining accurate property lines. Should you opt against a legal survey you are assuming all responsibility for location of property pins and we will install based on your indication of property lines. Advantage Fencing will NOT be held liable for any issues that may arise from improper placement. I hereby assume any and all liabilities resulting from the construction of a fence not in conformity with my legal property boundaries, city regulations, HOA specifications, etc. and hold harmless and indemnify Advantage Fencing, LLC against any and all claims, liabilities and expenses as a result of fence placement.* I've read the above and agree. 9. We will have public utilities located for your property. State law requires us to hand dig when setting posts within 18” of utilities. Because of this we provide five free hand-dug holes per job. If additional hand-digging is necessary there is a charge of $25 per additional hole. This will be added to the final invoice. Please note that hand-digging is used to prevent damage, but does not guarantee that no utility damage will occur.* I've read the above and agree. 10. Do you have a detached garage, outbuilding, grill, fire pit, security lights, etc.?* Yes No If yes, do they have any private phone, gas, electric lines, etc to them? 11. It is the customer's responsibility to ascertain that the fence contracted for meets any and all applicable covenants of the property's particular subdivision.* I've read the above and agree. 13. Homeowner is required to obtain permission from neighbors to tie into existing fence.* I've read the above and agree. 14. We do our best to provide an accurate estimate regarding installation time frame. However, unforeseen factors can effect this. We do not provide discounts or other compensation due to unexpected delays* I've read the above and agree. 15. A clear working path at a width of 3' along the anticipated fence line is necessary for installation. The removal of pavers, trees, bushes, etc. is the responsibility of the homeowner. Additional charges may be incurred if working area is not clear at time of installation.* I've read the above and agree. 16. Customer allows Advantage Fencing, LLC permission to use outside electrical and water for use in construction and agrees to hold harmless Advantage Fencing, LLC for any damages that may arise.* I've read the above and agree. 17. As we approach your install date property pins will be flagged as well as where the fence will come off of your house. Should you have any questions or concerns please notify us immediately.* I've read the above and agree. 18. Install price includes up to two trips: First, to set posts. Second, (approximately 7-10 days later) to complete the project. Any additional trips will be charged at a rate of $125 each and added to the final invoice.* I've read the above and agree. 19. Our posts will be set in concrete approximately 30"deep. We will flow your fence from post to post to keep the top of your fence as level as possible. We cannot be held responsible for variations in ground conditions. If you have a swell or dip in the yard you may experience a small gap under the fence.* I've read the above and agree. 20. New construction soil can take several years to settle (mainly next to the structure).
