We recently completed a steel fence project in Farmington Woods that required careful planning to work with the property’s challenging terrain. The homeowner needed a 4-foot black steel fence with a 3-rail flat top design that would enclose the back yard and both side yards, totaling 180 linear feet.
The site presented a significant slope with multiple grade changes. To handle this, we built the fence using a racked design that follows the natural slope of the land. This approach keeps the fence structurally sound while maintaining a clean appearance that works with the property rather than against it.
The fence includes a puppy panel for added containment and wide walk-thru gates for convenient access. The black steel material provides durability and a modern aesthetic that complements the neighborhood.
If you’re working with a sloped yard or need a steel fence that handles grade changes, we know how to build it right. Request a quote from Advantage Fencing and let’s discuss your project.
