A Papillion homeowner in Falcon Pointe wanted to fully enclose their property, and we completed the job by working with the existing neighboring fences to create a cohesive boundary.
We installed 42 linear feet of 6-foot solid wood privacy fence along the backline, supported by steel posts. This section tied into the neighbor’s existing fence to complete the enclosure on that side of the property.
On the sides, we added 30 linear feet of 6-foot black steel rail fence with two gates. These sections close off the property line where the neighbors’ fences meet, creating a finished perimeter all the way around.
The combination of materials works well here. The wood fence provides privacy and visual interest at the back, while the steel rail fence with gates offers clean sight lines and easy access on the sides. The homeowner now has a fully enclosed property that respects the existing fences and maintains good neighbor relations.
