“First, we moved to Omaha in the middle of winter and have two large dogs, but our new home had an old dilapidated fence that didn’t go completely around the backyard. After Mike gave us the bid to fully enclose the yard, and told us he couldn’t do that until the Spring, he came back out to the house before we moved in to fix the fence and put a temporary fence up on one side so the dogs had a fully enclosed back yard. We thought that was an incredible.
And then he came out this Spring to put up the new fence and it is simply amazing. Everyone in the neighborhood has stopped to ask who did our fence. The wood enclosure for the back yard is exactly like we imagined and our neighbors who share the fences are thrilled! And then he put iron around the front of the yard, inkling some fancy work around two huge trees. And it is stunning.
His crew is fast and courteous. The cleaned up after themselves and took care of the plantings and such all around them as they worked.

I had called around to several different fence companies and had several quotes. Then we signed up for Angie’s list (for a different reason) and I checked out what Angie’s list had to say about the fence company we were about to use. Although it was not a horrible review it was not great review either. The problems mentioned were not things I wanted to deal with. I called Advantage because they had a really good rating on Angie’s list and I came to find out they have a great rating for a reason. Mike came out when he said he would and gave me a quote the same day. He answered his phone each time I called him. He was more accurate in his estimate of how much fence we needed–had the exact measurement which NONE of the other companies had down correctly. We talked about the different insurance that is offered, the dirt haul away and the survey. He was candid with me about probably not needing the sprinkler insurance, but the dirt haul away is just convenient if you don’t have a need for the extra dirt on your property so we did take him up on that and I was happy we did. His measurements were spot on, but we decided to get a survey since we wanted to ensure we did not encroach on our neighbor’s property.
Overall, they were just great. Mike did everything just as he said he would. Gave me accurate time lines of when work should be expected and answered all of my questions. Michelle who works in his office was great too. She was very responsive to my emails and sent the invoice promptly. I am extremely pleased with their work, their honesty and their professionalism. The gentlemen that came out to install the fence, were really great–you could tell they knew what they were doing, had their system down to a T and put in a really nice fence. If I ever need to build another fence, I will call them, and I would recommend them to my friends and family without hesitation.
I wish more companies were like his. Many businesses out there could take a page from Advantage Fencing’s book.

“We chose Advantage Fencing because we felt comfortable with Mike and his easy going personality. His estimate was right in the middle of the other 2 we got and we liked him so it was an easy choice. We got our estimate in June but were made aware that it would be late August before they would be able to get to us. We understood it’s the middle of summer & their busiest time of the year so we were fine with that. Things got delayed a little longer because of all the rain we’ve gotten but they were great about staying in contact with us via email to keep us updated on where they were at with delays. It rained the day they pulled our fence & set the posts so we had a wait until everything was dry enough to proceed but once the sun came out they finished in a day. The finished product looks absolutely amazing & everyone we dealt with was professional and friendly. I have and will continue to recommend Mike & Advantage Fencing.”

“This is an awesome company! They gave me a bid right away and I was immediately on the calendar for my installation. The bid was exactly the range I was looking for. I also was able to see many options of picket shapes and materials to choose from to get exactly what I wanted. Mike was great to work with. He is very personable and explains things well. He is also a great communicator and answered all my e-mails and phone calls quickly and sent information to me quickly.
